The problem of constructing structural relations information system "Musical culture of Siberia"

The article considers the problem of constructing structural relations information system "Musical culture of Siberia". Proposed principles for technological solutions to provide access and information protection. The aim of this work is to propose a solution to create a comprehensive information source on the musical culture of the Siberian region. Because of the magnitude of the goal, the publication has consistently addressed the number of task-oriented research methodological principles when implementing similar products, determine the basis of the structural database, the selection of the optimal technical solution. Existing software resources music profile focused on the specifics of any region usually are specialized and limit the subject field content is any specific area of academic or traditional profile. Information system "Musical culture of Siberia" is a comprehensive resource that brings together all the types of sources used in strict classification system. In this regard, the information system is a unique resource among the electronic databases in music. Meanwhile, the implementation of such a large project puts the problem of constructing structural relations within the system. Such relations are interactive elements of the descriptions of the units of the information system. One and the same event, personalia, a piece of music can be included in different cultural directions. Taking into account this circumstance, the scientific staff of the Novosibirsk Conservatory, with the technical support of the Laboratory of information technologies of Novosibirsk technical University methodological setup and the technical implementation of the tasks. Internal hierarchy of materials on musical culture of Siberia, presented in the form of separate blocks and is organized on the principle of a tree structure. Parent units include the division into subcategories, which, in turn, have additional branching. With this approach, there are internal cross-links, the establishment of which is in the design phase allowed to form two main groups: stable and mobile.
