Development of skills of art communication in conductorschorus masters in the course of vocational training in higher education institution

One of significant aspects of work of the conductor-chorus master is his interaction with choral collective. It is connected with specifics of work of the conductor-chorus master who is defined by a number of the communicative communications which are carried out to in time and after execution of the choral work: the conductor - the choral work; the conductor - choral collective; the conductor -the singer of chorus / choral collective; the conductor - recipients (listeners). Future conductors-chorus masters have to have the created skills of art communication, be able to carry out emotional and intellectual interaction with pupils on mastering by them the skills necessary for independent conducting dialogue with works of musical art. These are skills of perception of contents of the piece of music, expression of the attitude towards him in various form - the verbal-izovannykh estimated judgments, a mimicry, gestures. The end result of vocal and choral work consisting in bright and convincing performance of the piece of music by chorus depends on the nature of creative interaction of the conductor with participants of chorus, level of proficiency in him in mechanisms of art communication. Within this scientific article art communication is interpreted as the aestheticized form of communication of subjects based on achievement of spiritual unity and understanding of partners. It assumes contact of subjects of interaction by means of various forms of art and creative activity. So, communication with the work of art is the process assuming not only understanding by the recipient of the idea of the work of art, his artistic image, but also coauthorship. The artistic image is incomplete and inexhaustible and is perceived by each recipient individually. In article the author discloses the importance of art communication in vocational training of future conductors-chorus masters, his role in art communication at different stages of work of the conductor on the choral work comes to light: during preliminary work with the score, rehearsal process and concert execution. Also the author reveals ways of development of skills of art communication in future conductors-chorus masters in the course of their vocational training. So, after initial listening of the new vocal work it is possible to offer students: to make questions and to give the answers which are precisely transferring the main ideas, mood, character of the piece of music, feature of his performing embodiment; during the work on "role" choral works to transfer by intonations of a voice character, mood of characters; when performing exercises (for example, the developing voice games) by means of intonation, a mimicry, gestures to display intonations of questions-answers, wind noise, the movement the car, etc.; during work on the two-part vocal work to focus attention on development of abilities to conduct dialogue (speech, singing).
