Cultural capital, cultural industry and industries culture : conceptual searches
The semantic content of the concepts of "cultural capital" - aggregate and personal, "cultural industries" and "industry culture" - "mobile" and often creates a situation of interchangeability of terms, which complicates the understanding of the specifics of the phenomena designated by them. Meanwhile, the difference between these terms is easily determined by the goal-setting. Cultural capital is a spiritual, aesthetic and intellectual collective and personal cultural heritage that has the resources to create a unique product. The aim of cultural industries is to create an artistic product of symbolic value. The purpose of the industry culture is to create a commercial product. The meaning of these concepts is deeper and requires verification. Cultural capital exists as a source of cultural goods and services that benefit both the present and the future. Cultural capital contributes to the economy as well as other sectors of the economy. The support of the authorities for the development of cultural industries has a positive impact on the socio-cultural and economic situation in the regions, namely: there is a design of the urban environment; the established interaction of creativity and commerce open up prospects for the modernization of cultural institutions; the capitalization of culture creates conditions for increasing the regional potential of the "creative economy", which is a serious alternative to the raw material economy; the construction of regional identity and the General level of culture and quality of life of the region's population takes place; the symbolic capital of the territory is being created. The industry culture is a specific manifestation of a sector of the economy, namely culture. The list of them and their configuration can be varied, can change in time and space, respond to changes in the objective reality and the will of the subjects -passionaries of culture. Cultural capital, cultural industries and industry culture are now becoming the basic foundations with significant income and profit in the economy. For example, the calculations carried out by the European University in St. Petersburg, show that in 2009-2013 mediated the effect of the Hermitage for the economy of St. Petersburg the average was $ 25.6 billion annually, and for the national economy of 30.7 billion. Total economic impact of the State Hermitage Museum - as the sum of direct, indirect, and mediated effects in the period 2009-2013 is averaged 46-51.2 billion rubles annually, and in 2013 - 55-61 billion. In the end, the interaction of these three components of cultural policy occur external changes (physical growth, development of cities, the growth of the surplus value of the cultural product, symbolically-spiritual and artistic growth, employment and economic growth) and internal changes (the man himself). All these trends, in our opinion, should be taken into account in the state programs of cultural development aimed at the positive socio-cultural development of territories and the effective inclusion of these resources in long-term regional strategies.
