Cultural-symbolical codes politikal socialication: constructive aspect

Cultural-symbolical codes act as means of selection of knowledge of the society, constituting borders of understanding political in the political socialisation, providing a susceptibility of political culture to the new. Thus culture codes allow persons to make a choice in the course of display political as events, when at collective level problematisiren fundamental norms of human life, their ethical, religious, moral, legal designs. Cultural-symbolical codes play a role of codes of dialogue and the power, express its prepolitical properties, bases of understanding of political culture and ways of management of society self-knowledge. In this respect codes are means of selection of values and senses, norms and forms of political culture in its understanding the person, ways of distinction of set of its true and false, standard and not standard aspects. The cultural-symbolical code of the power allows to be guided in a society as to communications system, uniting positions of supervision of persons. A code, being a symbolical design of supervision of the second order, connects and deconstruc-tions network structure the internal knowledge of a society of within the limits of social autopoezisa. In this respect the cultural-symbolical code represents, in particular, existing in "two times", the ideological projection of transformation differentiated in society the person of potential senses and forms of the power and the social relations inherent in variety of the vital world of the person and it soziokulturs to conditions, to actual and valid aspects of understanding of political culture. Transformation, constituting a choice of the person in the decision of fundamental problems of social life, gives the chance to transform its borders, distinction and a variation of its true and false perception. The plan the code represents two co-operating symbolical vectors to it. One expresses dynamics sphere of ideas, senses and forms of communications which are interfaced to potential, nonlinear, diverse vectors of understanding of the power and political culture, its "openness" to variety of forms from the vital world of the person, soziokulturs human lives. Other vector expresses steady ideas and values, knowledge of communications and the authorities doing understanding of political culture closed, tight, aimed at development and preservation of its valid tsennostno-standard forms and their evolutionary advantages among others.
