Totality of soft power («SOFT POWER») in the global information space as an anthropological strategy of the media

The paper analyzes the problem of the objective reality presented in the mass media. It is opened the possibility of manipulation of information technology arsenal. We consider the media's ability to construct reality. The totality of the «soft power» («soft power») in the global information space is interpreted as an anthropological strategy of the media.
