«The Chernobyl Prayer»» by S. Alexievich : the peculiarities of the «hybrid» genre
The peculiarities of the «hybrid» genre of «The Chernobyl Prayer» by S. Alexievich, a Belarusian prose writer, are considered in the article. Particular attention in this aspect is paid to the poetics of the prayer genre. The work under study fits in the broad context of Russian semi documentary prose of the XIX-XX centuries.
