Given the current epidemiological situation, many work remotely and the review and review period may be delayed.

Accompanying documents signed by a scientific organization for submitting materials to the editorial office are not required at the stages of consideration and review of manuscripts. When accepting papers for publication (after reviewing, at the request of the responsible secretary), you must provide scanned copies of the above documents. At the same time, the Authors are still required to comply with the Publications Ethics, and the rules of a scientific journal.
