Material and technical support educational activity (on the example of the Republic 5 of Dagestan)
The scientific problem of the research is that the issues related to the logistics of educational activities in all regions of the Russian Federation within the framework of a single state space, taking into account regional peculiarities, especially in the North Caucasus, are one of the topical areas of modern sociology of education. In recent years, state programs aimed at strengthening the material and technical base of the educational system have been developed and implemented. However, most provisions of these programs were adopted without taking into account the specifics of both the all-Russian realities and regional peculiarities, which led to unsatisfactory results in the implementation of their facilities. Thus, in modern conditions it is very important to carefully analyze the causes and assumptions that lead to unsatisfactory material and technical support for educational activities, to study positive and negative experience, to formulate scientifically grounded recommendations in the direction of overcoming existing shortcomings, taking into account regional and all-Russian features. It is necessary to study public opinion on the issues under study. In Dagestan, unlike Russia as a whole, obviously insufficient attention is paid to research into the problems of modernizing the state education system. Moreover, this problem is not investigated through the methods of sociological science. The aim of the study is to analyze the problems of material and technical support of the state educational system in Russia, including Dagestan, by identifying the main problems that arise during the modernization of education and the general analysis of public opinion on identified problems. Objectives of the study: 1. Theoretical analysis of scientific literature on issues related to the main areas of material and technical support of the state education system; 2. Analysis of printed media materials, various Internet sources, information contained on official websites of ministries and departments; 3. Conducting a sociological survey on the problems of modernizing the state education system on the territory of three geographical zones of Dagestan: plains, foothills and mountains. 4. Analyze respondents' answers on specific issues. Conclusions: 1. Analysis of scientific literature, media materials, official documents shows that in recent years there has been a general positive trend in strengthening the material and technical base of the state education system in Russia, including in the Republic of Dagestan; 2. Of the three questions of the sociological survey related to the material and technical support of the educational process, only the last question (concerning the Internet service of educational institutions) was shown by the majority of those polled, but on two issues (concerning logistical and computer support) The negative opinion prevails, which, however, does not exceed 50% of the total number of respondents.
