The Journal employs an electronic submission system only.
The manuscript shall be prepared in MS-Word.
Figures, photos, illustrations and so forth shall be attached as separate files when submitting.
Graphics are published in black-and-white only. Full colour graphics are not available.
The following sections are required in your electronic manuscript file (each with a new line):
UDC Number
Author's Last Name and First Name
Title of the Paper
Abstract (no more than 500 characters with spaces, in italics, separated from the text body by a line space)
Keywords for indexing (3 to 5)
Font: Times New Roman, Symbol (for formulae)
Size: 10
Single line spacing
Margins: top -2.0 cm, bottom - 2.0 cm, left - 2.0 cm, and right - 2.0 cm
Paragraph Indents: 0.5cm
Pages are to be numbered consecutively at the bottom centre.
The upright Greek letters are to be used for formulae.
The formulae shall not exceed 8 cm wide. In the Size menu of the Equation Editor for Define option select the following: Normal – 10 pt, Subscript/Superscipt – 6 pt, Sub-Subscript/Superscript – 5 pt, Symbol -13 pt, Sub-Symbol – 6 pt.
If the formula is several lines long, it shall be centred by selecting Center option in the Format menu in the Equation Editor.
If the formula has its number, the latter shall be placed in the parentheses after the formula.
If other fonts are used in the manuscript, please, attach the samples when submitting.
Citations are to be embedded in brackets after the quote with the use of the reference number, volume and page, e.g. [1. Vol.2. P. 25].
The Reference List is to be placed at the end of the Paper. It is to be arranged and numbered in the order of citation in the text, not in the alphabetical order. One number is to refer to only one source of citation.
Notes are to be given in the form of endnotes. If an endnote cites any information with the reference to any item from the Reference List, the number of this reference is to correspond to the number of this citation in the text body as well as to that in the Reference List.
The max. volume of the Paper shall not exceed 4 pages for authors with no degree and 8 pages for authors with a degree.
ATTENTION!
DO NOT use TAB.
DO NOT use paragraph styles other than DEFAULT.
DO NOT use automatic lists when numbering pages and paragraphs.
DO NOT use double or more spacing between words.
Please, distinguish the hyphen from the dash.
Authors are to attach FOUR files:
1. The full text of the manuscript with an abstract and key words in English.
2. The article Summary (no more than 2500-3000 characters with spaces).
3. Information about the Author.
Please, fill in the Author Information Form author-information-form.doc.
4. Consent-to-Publish Form.
Authors each are to give their written consent on processing, editing, publication, and quoting of their papers.
You can find the details and the Consent to Publish Form template in English here consent-to-publish-form.doc.
Please, label the attached files by your last name and a corresponding number (e.g. Ross1.doc, Ross2.doc, Ross3.doc) and place it into the folder with the same name (e.g. Ross) archived in WinZip or WinRar (Ross.zip or Ross.rar).
In addition, author provides the file for "blind" review - completely anonymous (the text of the article without indicating of name or any other personal information)
If by the request of the reviewer editing of the article is needed, the author makes changes not only in the main text, but in the anonymous file too.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the above-mentioned requirements.
