The historical basis of consolidation of Kazakhstan's society and unity of nation

The history of humanity shows that objectively required for its development social consensus and unity frequently disintegrate contrary to ideals of neighborliness and natural tendency of people to unity. The main fundamental reasons here are splitting society class, ethnic and religion contradictions and stipulated by it private contradictions in different spheres of social life. On the assumption that destabilizing potential of classic contradictions in Kazakhstan are lower and developed basically in periods of global economic crisis, as well as, in consideration activity of state by overcoming of this crisis, in the article emphasis is placed on presentation of ethnic and religion factors of community development from point of view its consolidating and destabilizing meaning. The beginning of polyethnicity on territory of Kazakhstan was fuelled by forced methods, when original Kazakh lands detracted and transferred without charge to Russian back settlers. The native ethnos Kazakh, and incoming representatives of other ethnos - Russian, were settled in position of struggle. For this reason often violated social consensus provided by military operations of colonial authorities and authority of Biis and other notable people, which restrained people from acts doomed to failure. Under the circumstances about of unity of ethnos which populated Kazakhstan is difficult to speak. The decisive role in destabilization of social consensus played off so not interethnic and inter-confessional contradictions, but cross-country conflict between metropolitan countries and colonies, which preserved it own destructive force up to February Revolution of 1917, where with the falling of tsarism crashed a colonial system. By the time, ethnic composition of Kazakhstan is changed. The Ukrainian, Tatar, Uzbek Diasporas, associated with industrial production and trade formed in Steppe region. It mutual relations indigenous population of Kazakhstan carried enough friendly and businesslike character. The history of Kazakhstan, pointed to the fact that polyethnicity and polyconfessionality, did not preclude social consensus, as the case in some post-Soviet republics, as example, in Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Moldova, Baltic republics. The task of today and future generations is on the base of experience with account for modern social-political realities to explore and apply new instruments for further consolidation of society and achievement of unity perceived by them.
