THE PROBLEM OF MUSIC AND DRAMATIC EDUCATION IN SIBERIA IN THE 1920s.
The article is devoted to the problem of music and dramatic education as the cultural wealth component of the person. The problem consideration is based on the archival documents of Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Irkutsk regions, as well as on Siberian periodicals of the 1920s. In the 1920s these establishments applied a holistic and indivisible approach to professional training, education and enlightenment. The conservatories of that period deserve to be subjected in criticism in many respects of professional training, whereas they appear worthy of more attention as the centers of music education and enlightenment.
