Copts of Egypt in contemporary ecumenism

Copts were Egyptian people before Arab conquestand after that ones who could keep Christian belief. The Ecumenical council in Khalkidon in 451 divided the Egyptian Christians on theGreeks-orthodox and the Copts-Jacobites (monophyzits). Since the Egyptians have being monophyzits, were accepted by orthodox Byzantineas the heretics who had left the Orthodox Church in the V centenary. The Coptic church is one of the respectable ancient churches in thefamily of oriental ones which belongs the Armenian, the Ethiopian, the (Syro-)Jacobite Churches. The beginning of ecumenism mostprobably was the Catholic penetration in Egypt and accept the unions. The Union churches were the first sign of the beginner of theecumenical movements. Modern debaters between members of the Orthodox Church and monophyzits reduce to two main questions: aboutthe type of connection of the human and divine nature in Jesus Christ and acceptance IV-VII Ecumenical Councils. The statement about themain and sole reason of the rupture was political but not dogmatic is wrong. As the XV centuries ago as the recently days Egyptianmonophyzits differ from the orthodox believers in faith but they are similar to their cults, traditions and customs. Consolidation withmonophyzits for the members of the Orthodox Church means the compromises and the concessions in the questions of faith where theseconcessions are inadmissible. Ecumenists believe it's possible to save yourself in each church and thought this church. And the differences infaith are not more than the differences within the theological terminology. Thus the saint fathers who considered this statement as a greatheresy were mistaken. Modern ecumenists try to forget the conception "monophysitism" itself thinking that all differences are into thetheological terminology. During the centuries the Catholic and Orthodox churches made some attempts to attain unity with monophyzits byone way or the other. But the result was constantly negative. Common dogmas search came to nothing. And nowadays there comes a timenot unions or agreements but the unity of all religions on a new basis. "Religious" proper moves back saving all differences and "social" ismarked out. These social conceptions are all the same, all they are for peace and friendship and love and progress and humanism. But in factall of them are for world globalization
