Synergetic Approach to Ensuring the Quality of Corporate Foreign Language Training (Additional Adult Education)

Modern requirements for the intensification of the process of teaching a foreign language in the field of additional adult education, as well as problems arising in the process of ensuring the quality of teaching the content side of speech competence, insufficient development of theoretical and practical issues of organizing foreign language teaching in the framework of corporate training; contradictions in theory and practice stimulate the activity of teachers in the search for new, more effective, productive forms of work. The article provides a rationale for the problem under study, defines the object of research, hypothesis, tasks, methodological foundations and research methods, and determines its scientific novelty. The article considers the term "quality of foreign language teaching", provides a classification of criteria and parameters, analyzes the stages of ensuring the quality of training and factors that hinder the process of effective learning to speak a foreign language for adults in the field of corporate training. The article reveals the effectiveness of using a synergetic approach to improve the quality of corporate foreign language teaching, and the methodological basis for ensuring the quality of foreign language teaching.
