Constitution as instrument of securing legal adequacy of state structure

In article state is understood not only as organization,which combines vital area, vital resources and interests, but also the questions, covering legal necessaryfacilities of human society, which stay in socially important relationships with every human, whocomposes this society. Legal necessary facilities of a state are considered not only as totality of possibilities,providing protection of rights, but interactive totality of possibilities of a state, providing guaranteeingof legal interests of people, residing at its legal area.
