The Journal only employs an electronic submission system. By accessing the online submission system Submit Your Manuscript, authors will be guided step-by-step through the creation and uploading of the various manuscript files.
The manuscript should be prepared in MS-Word format (.doc). rulesmim.pdf
Page size: A4
Margins: top-2cm, bottom-2cm, left-2cm, and right- 2cm
Pages should be numbered at the bottom centre
Size: 10
Font: Times New Roman
Line Spacing: single
Paragraph Indents: 0.5cm
Pages are to be numbered consecutively at the bottom centre.
The upright Greek letters are to be used for formulae.
The formulae should be typed in MathType or Microsoft Equation editors.
The max. volume of the Paper should not exceed 10 pages.
The following sections are required in your electronic manuscript file (each with a new line):

Title of the Paper
Abstract ( in italics, separated from the text body by a line space)
The mandatory features of an English abstract are as follows:
- information value (no common words);
- thoroughness (reflection of the main content of the paper and investigation results);
- structuredness (following the logic of describing the results in the paper);
- good-quality English;
- volume of 150-200 words.
In general, the abstract must replace the paper for English-language readers, i.e., be a complete and comprehensive text from which it is seen what problems were solved by the authors and what results were obtained.
Keywords for indexing (in italics, separated from the text body by a line space)
Figures, photos, illustrations and so forth should be inserted into the body of the article and attached as separate files when submitting.
The formulae and tables should not exceed 10 cm wide and 15 cm high. The tables should be made in the Word.
Graphics are published in black-and-white only. Full colour graphics are available only in e-version.
If other fonts are used in the manuscript, the samples should be attached when submitting.
The Reference List is at the end of the paper. It is to be arranged and numbered in the order of citation in the text, not in the alphabetical order. The recommended number of references to your own work is no more than 25%.

Authors each are to give their written consent on processing, editing, publication, and quoting of their papers.
Please, label the attached files by your last name and a corresponding number (e.g. Ross1.doc, Ross2.doc, Ross3.doc) and place it into the folder with the same name (e.g. Ross) archived in WinZip or WinRar (Ross.zip or Ross.rar).
All manuscripts are peer-reviewed.
The Journal does not charge paper submission, processing or publication fee from the authors or authors' institution.
