Portrait of contemporary in local newspaper photojournalism: quantitative study

The article describes and justifies first step in quantitative research of typical portrait of contemporary transmitted by photojournalism in local press. The study allows us to give objective answer to complex question of representing different gender, age, professional groups in character portrait compiled in local newspaper and if media create an opportunity for the reader to see himself in the portrait.
