Discursive label press release local government

Local self-government from the perspective of the concept of activity-constructivism can be described as a discursive field of the inhabitants of the municipality. The article deals with analysis of the press release site of the municipality «City District Novokuznetsk» conducted by the method of content analysis. The results show the homogeneity of the discursive field of local government, the inefficiencies created by its messages, for spreading the ideas of local government in society.
