Structural and substantive response TV project in the context of information and organizational functions TV (for example, STRBC «South Ural»)

The article explores the unique experience of State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company «South Ural» and the company «Intersvyaz» in the creation process of large-scale social TV projects, which play an important role in the interaction of media and society. Scientific novelty consists of an attempt to justify the features of structural and substantive characteristics of TV project in the context of information and organizational functions of the TV (example: patriotic project «Remember Me») and enter into scientific use the concept of the TV project. Value of research is the ability to apply new knowledge in theory and practice.
