The formation of Siberian children's journalism (publications for children in Novosibirsk in 1920-1930)

The article discusses the main components of the content model of publications for children, coming in Novosibirsk in the second half of the 1920s and 1930s. The difference between the terms «children's edition» and «publications for children» is stressed by the author. The method of content analysis is employed to identify the key trends in the modification of the content models of periodicals for children over the past two decades: the reduction in the number of problematic materials and of publishing activity of young corrs, the leading positions of an ideological article.
