The vocal television project in formation of creative capacity of the town

In the article is brought up the question about cultural and creative life of town, in the article is considered a new vocal television competition as a platform for self-realization of young people. The main purpose of project is promoting of vocal works of young performers, both among vocalists, and among residents of Tomsk. Here are analyzed target groups of audience, stages of the organization and also prospects of its development.
