The move to professionalism: experience of organization of the course "Basics of journalist activity" at the Faculty of Journalism of TSU

This paper presents the results of the interpretation of teaching experience in the organization of the course "Basics of journalist activity", mainly dealing with the introduction of its structure workshops. Listed examples of tasks, analyzed the objectives and tasks of the teacher and the extent of their achievement, the degree of involvement of students in the professional activity. It is concluded that the course gives a certain freedom of pedagogical creativity, promotes the professionalism of future journalists.
