Specificity of the ethical concepts of modern Russian regional journalists

The article explores the interrelation of ethical norms and practices of their application in modern Russian regional journalism, identifies approaches to the implementation of ethical norms of ethically complex decisions and the main factors that limit the freedom of a journalist to make ethically complex decisions.
