From «Surgut leaf» to «Surgut tribune»: Formation of personnel in the years of captivity
The main reason for engagement of journalists - the lack of professional staff capable of working in difficult genres (investigation, analytical articles, commentary, and so on). It requires not only a variety of practical skills, but also a thorough, in-depth knowledge of the legal, historical, economic, and other sciences. Due to the fact that certain norms are imparted directly to journalists, in practice, the preparation of training programs for the specialty «Journalism», in our opinion, it is necessary to take into account the particular history of the development of the local media, especially that were the main source of manpower throughout the history of the region.
