Professional values of the provincial journalism beginning of the XX century (on the example of the newspaper «Trudovaya Pravda», Shadrinsk)

In the article the editor of the county newspaper undertaken in the early twentieth century attempt to formulate professional guidance freelance journalists provincial newspapers. The analysis shows that the basic principles of the village correspondents, designed a century ago are still relevant today.
