Features of the modern print media precedent headers
Types of precedent texts in terms of their origin are considered on a material headers of modern Russian central and regional press. It is found that the most frequency are titles with precedent texts, that contain paremias, known phrases from movies, TV shows, songs. The analysis of linguistic material showed that most (85%) precedent text enters into the title in modified form, in this case the structure or semantics of the original expression is subject to change. Verbal reproduction of known phrases and expressions in the headlines is not frequency (15%). Further analysis of precedent titles will reveal features of their functioning and pragmatics.
