Development of indicators system for higher school monitoring in the field of e-learning and distance education technologies

The article is devoted to questions of electronic training. It presents the system of indicators and a technique of their assessment, allowing estimating current state and a level of development of e-learning in higher educational institutions. The offered system consists of six categories; each of categories reveals several parameters which in turn reveal via indicators, forming three-level hierarchical system of monitoring indicators. The developed system of indicators provides full coverage of all aspects of e-learning, giving an assessment to the management system condition, IT infrastructure, preparation of the pedagogical and administrative personnel, the electronic information and educational environment, means and technologies of development of electronic educational resources and the organization of e-learning.
