KEY FEATURES OF DISCOURSE ON ELECTRONIC LEARNING RESOURCE FROM DIFFERENT CULTURES
This article attempts to address the basic components of the national educational discourses and their possible transformation into an electronic format, multi-cultural education. Particular attention is given to models of pedagogical discourse in different cultures, as well as a comparative analysis of the goals, values, genres and strategies for teaching discourse characteristic of the individualist and collectivist cultures. The article also discusses some features of the discursive behavior of educational resources on the Internet.
