Development of VET quality in Russia and Europe in the assessment of its participants

The article describes the subtotals of the European research project «Expanding the quality 'spirit' of VET (Q & VET)», in which 7 European countries participate. The results of the first phase of the project – the survey of teachers and heads of universities and secondary vocational education institutions – are analyzed. The conclusions of the Russian participants are presented, as well as general comparative conclusions of all the countries-project participants. Hypotheses for the second phase of the research – interviews with heads and teachers of educational institutions in the focus groups – are developed. The expected results of the project and their practical value are described.
