Contemporary education, information and communications technologies in the organization of e-learning at higher schools

The paper considers the opportunities of integrated use of modern educational technology and web 2.0 services for organization of blended learning of students. The author presents the results of the approach realization: new skills and abilities shaping, increase of learning motivation, organization of students’ independent work, using active learning methods.
