Open Educational Resources: INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article raises the question of possibilities, conditions and the feasibility of participation of Russian universities in the international consortium OpenCourseWare and disadvantages of domestic aggregators OER. It is advertised the project of F.M. Dostoevsky OmSU, aimed at implementing the recommendations of the Paris Declaration on OER, adopted by the World Congress of UNESCO.
