The Policy of information Society and functioning regional systems of education

The policy of transition to an information society requires a radical reconstruction of the education system. Successful operation of regional education systems depends on their informatization. This involves strengthening the elements of self-regulation and systemic management, enhancing the role of self-education, which creates conditions for use of distance technologies.
