COGNITIVE INTERNET TELEVISION: PRINCIPLES AND TECHNOLOGIES

The article considers the principles and technologies of distributed network for cognitive Internet television design for educational, scientific and technical problems. It adduces the description of the model of distributed information system and the structure of the developing video-portal of Tomsk State University on the base of Television broadcasting center, the Data center and Interregional center for satellite access (Teleport) resources and by using CDN-technologies. It is presented an example of servers test in one CDN-segment of the network.
