VIDEOCONFERENCE DEBATES AS MEANS OF BUILDING FUNDAMENTAL COMPETENCIES
The article revolves the analysis of a case study on using new technologies in education within the framework of a Russian-American international project. Videoconference debates between the students of NRS HSE (Moscow) and Brigham Young University (Utah, USA) have served as a platform for the development of fundamental competencies on each stage of the algorithm of the project implementation.
