About the regulation and FREEDOM E-LEARNING

The article describes the main differences of organizational forms of traditional and e-learning. It discusses the need for regulation of formal education and the possibility of virtual learning environments. It provides some guidelines for the rational structure of the model of the distance course. It assesses the prospects for the use of cloud services in education.
