CULTURAL PECULIARITIES OF ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENTS AS THE SPACE OF EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
This paper dwells on the studies carried out to delve into the specifics of educational communication in a multicultural educational resourses, the latter being today a topical issue in the pedagogical study and practice. It’s common knowledge that today’s education is becoming more open and easily accessible; consequently, it is not limited by the boundaries of countries and regions. Moreover, on-line communication allows the educational processes to transpire irrespective of the territorial boundaries: not only the number of students is growing, but also their cultural identities are becoming more diverse. Currently, a significant part of educational process transforms to online format. Modern learning process becomes autodidactic in many ways. The purpose of modern education is to create conditions in which educational path could be formed and adjusted with the help of trainee. It seems to us appropriate to establish the criteria for determining cultural-cognitive profile of a person, in order to make possible further technical and methodical adaptation of educational content and interface. Control of knowledge and qualification boundary will be realized by “competence-based profile of students”. It is also possible to create advisory service facilitating “buildup” of professional competence according to cultural-cognitive profile of individual. To improve “cultural intelligence” of tutors we suggest to use online cultural assimilator. Nowadays educators are facing new problems caused by different world views, specific types of educational discourse, various information processing strategies etc. Based on this information it is possible to identify the dominant categories for each culture group in communication in e-learning spaces.The main factor in the design of educational environment is to focus on the personal and socio-cultural learning how to work with information received in different culture group, resulting in the possibility of constructing individual educational trajectory.
