PROBLEMS OF MODERN TECHNICAL MEANS OF TRAINING USED BY TEACHERS OF NATURAL SCIENCE COURSE

The article considers approaches for continuing education of teachers of natural science disciplines based on modern teaching methods and resources with information and communication technology application. The article gives an overview of given task solutions by the leading Russian educators: Gorbunov L.N., Robert I.V., Purysheva N.S., Lozovenko S.V., Zhilin D.M., Pasechnik V.V., Shevtsov G.G., Sharonova N.V. The primary attention is given to methodology of educating educators on training courses Voronezh Regional Institute of Continuing Education and Staff Development for Educators. The personnel of the institute have organised the training course for teachers of natural science disciplines. They have designed the content of educational activity in a certain way to simulate a real situation as much as possible in order to solving problems can be carried out with the help of ICT-instruments. This helps visually demonstrate the opportunity of formation of the subject results and universal educational activities of students without any educational content change or the amount of time for mastering the subject according to the level of Federal component of state standard of general education requirements in the frameworks of any existing training and methodology kits. The article defines the approaches to the content of educational modules of program of continuing education; it reveals the subject matter of educational modules in the frames of given problem. Special accent is focused on digital laboratories using in the frameworks of educational experiment on physics, chemistry and biology. It provides to carry out interesting educational-scientific experiments either indoors or outdoors and demonstrate the experiment to the whole class by connecting the registrator with multimedia projector. New generations of school natural science laboratories of different manufacturers (the article lists the most widespread manufacturers in Russia) supply the automated data collection and processing and enable to output the experiment process in the form of graphics, spreadsheets, and instrumentation indications. Conducted experiments can be saved in a real scale of time and reproduced synchronously with their video recording. Experiments carrying out with the help of digital laboratories also allow solving cross-subject problems, mastering definitions and methods that deal with statistics, mathematics, informational technologies.
