Collaboration in «Science, Education, Business and Industry» Integrated System
The relevance of this work lies in the fact that scientific and technological progress plays a decisive role in the economic condition of any country and is impossible without high-qualifying technical personnel, whose training is related to the improvement of educational technology, collaboration in science, education, business and industry. The questions related to science, education and manufacture integration with the help of an electronic journal are taken into consideration in this article. Youth electronic scientific and technical journal “Research, Science and Technologies” (RST) is presented as an electronic publication of scientific and technical profile in Russian and English, as well as a platform for collaborative research and integrating link between science, education and industry. Nowadays the level of science and technology development is the key to successful prosperity of state economy, its regions and the economic stability of the world in whole. Scientific and technological progress plays a crucial role in the economic condition, education, manufacturing and other key areas of human activity. Due to the rapid pace of scientific and technological progress and changing technologies the main potential of the developed countries are intelligent technology, education and high-skilled technical personnel. Introduction of innovative technologies in the sphere of economy, education, industry, business and culture leads to the need of engineers training improving methods, professionals’ and students’ knowledge and skills continuous updating as well as additional training of students of technical profile for their future career. Transition to innovative development involves extensive training of scientific, technical and engineering personnel capable for teamwork, creation, implementation and project management that is possible with the integration of science, education and industry systems. This complex training of future specialists, involving the formation of their appropriate level of skills and knowledge required as follows: complex information analysis, realization of creative abilities in science and inventions, formation of moral values in the system of nature-society, systemic way of thinking, analytical thinking based on the fundamental scientific concepts - integration, differentiation and synergy, developing the ability to adaptation, learning, teamwork, responsibility for decision making, forecasting, foresight of consequences, constant updating of knowledge and its practical application, forming the subject-object relations in communication and management processes
