Functional FEATURES of professional activity of teachers REALIZING PROGRAMS OF E-LEARNING for children with special educational needs

The contemporary education, its computerization and swift development of distance education (DE) face with new goals of teaching and new comprehension of the results. The author focuses on the creation of the conditions for an individual student development in order to meet his special educational needs (SEN), which are considered in this article. That said they are considered not as developmental disorders or disabilities but as the needs for particular conditions and learning tools. A teacher realizing e-learning program can meet SEN of each student completely and effectively. DE is an interactive, productive process aimed at meeting SEN of students through distance technologies. DE is invariant in time and space; it is implemented in informational and educational environment, which creates conditions for corresponding internal changes (increments) of subjects of the educational process. In these circumstances there are trends of changing in professional pedagogical activity. It reflected in changing of its functions, which are considered in this article as a unit of analysis of pedagogical activity. The author of the article identifies four main functional components of structural features of professional pedagogical activity, which is embodied in conditions of DE to meet SEN: motivational-targeted, planning and constructive, organizing and coordinating, evaluative and correcting. All these components are intersectional; they have effect on corresponding functions during interactive network interactions and relations between teacher and student as between subject and subject: gnostic (research), target, diagnostic, planning, projecting, constructive, organizational, coordinating, communicative, evaluative, correction, reflexive and prognostic. The article reflects the complex of different reasoning, the analysis of positions of various scientific pedagogical theories and research in the field of professional teaching activity, as well as empirical inculcation into the traditional teaching process of DE technologies. It makes possible to define the professional pedagogical activity of teachers, realizing DE programs for children with SEN as highly organized system of teacher’s activities realized in a purposeful, specially organized interactive communication of all subjects of educational process in the DE environment.
