DEVELOPMENT OF technological card of DESIGN OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN blended learning

The article proves the relevance of introduction of blended learning in the educational process at the university. The relevance is caused by introduction of new generation standards in educational institutions and provides redistribution of academic work concerning an increase in independent work of students. This situation requires of the teachers to expand a range of competences for realization of new models of learning (electronic, distance and blended learning). Blended learning does not provide any unified technique of designing the educational process. Consequently, the teaching staff of educational institutions experiences difficulties, since it does not have sufficient competencies in designing the educational process within the programs of blended learning. The main objective of the study is to investigate the viewpoints of NSTU teachers about the presence of competence for implementation of electronic and blended learning and the development of guidelines for the effective design of the learning process. The study included a survey of teachers (62 people), held professional training on “e-learning technologies of teachers’ activities in the educational institutions” at the Institute of distance learning of NSTU and the work in e-system of the university. Thus, currently most teachers of NGTU use the system of distance learning and educational content in the framework of the higher school. Therefore, it revealed a relatively low level of competences of the teaching staff in the field of course designing in blended learning. It is necessary to form and develop the certain competences in the learning process of full-time education via methodological recommendations for the design of the educational process in Blended learning-technology. The technology of designing proposed for educational process in blended learning system is realized in the form of a technological map. The technological map is presented in the form of stages of the educational process designing, including recommendations for the use of an online learning component. Stage 1. Analysis of external requirements for academic discipline, determination of organizational requirements and restrictions. Step 2. Analysis of the target audience, objectives and learning outcomes. Step 3: Didactic analysis of the discipline. Step 4: Planning the analysis of the effectiveness of the educational process. Step 5: Media Design and interactivity of course that involve students in the learning process. The proposed technology of design of the curriculum in blended learning can serve an effective tool for the teacher of educational institution at any level, making it possible to not only design the learning process effectively and to evaluate its quality, but also to provide measures for its improvement.
