NETWORK PROFESSIONAL-DEVELOPING EDUCATIONAL SPACE
We consider the network professional-developing educational space as one of the conditions of formation of network self-learning organization of additional professional education through the continuing development of key management competences of its workers. We see a network self-learning organization of the additional professional education as a heuristic model of flexible framework of triple network, which is capable to react quickly to the current challenges and represents the integrational education of subjects of network communication, creating the conditions for positive synergistic effect on the basis of continuous development of key management competences of its workers in the conditions of motivational-value network professional-developing educational space and contributory improves the results of the organization. The complex of theoretical and empirical research methods allows us to explicate the concept «network professional-developing educational space» to develop and validate organizational and corporate-educational sectors of motivational and valuable network of professional-developing educational space, including subject-structural, axiological, management, resource, corporate- networking, scientific and pedagogical, and technological components as well as a component of problem training, professional activity. We consider the network professional-developing educational space as a structured variety of network interactions between employees of network self-learning organization - participants of the educational process, problem training and professional self-educational activity. We have analyzed some priority trends of the development of network professional-developing educational environment, among those are: unification of subjects of triple network; creation of a unified regulatory framework; educational management through the network self-learning organization of additional professional education; formation and maintenance of value positive attitude of workers to their continuing education and self-education; creation and development of the information technology infrastructure of open manageable environment of corporate continuing education and self-education in the process of network interaction of triple network subjects; activation of research activity that contributes to curricula content developing management competence of organization workers.
