MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AS A FACTOR IN FORMATION OF EDUCATIONAL ALLIANCE IN HIGHER EDUCATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article deals with the problem of communication of teachers and students. It is shown that the main characteristic of this communication is to have a training alliance. It is alleged that the educational alliance depends both on the nature of the teachers and of public education in the groups he/she teaches. Teachers identified the following requirements to educational groups: high motivation to learn, a high level of overall development, good communication skills and a willingness to communicate. The survey identified the following requirements for teachers of students: understanding of the meaning of the subject matter competence of teachers, lack of small unreasonable demands, communication skills of teachers. It is shown that modern information technologies are one of the most important tools that you can use to build a training alliance. One factor is the formation of communication of teachers with students via the Internet. The following means of communication have been allocated such as: social networks, internet pagers, chats, and forums. It is alleged that all of them can be used in order to create educational alliance. The author, based on more than a four-year experience, shows the influence of communication between the teacher and student in the Internet, on each requirement in the formation of a training alliance. It is shown a property of social networks, like the ability to quickly disseminate information within the gated community. As a result, each act of positive communication even with one student becomes known to the whole group. That contributes to the formation of an alliance between the teacher and the group, even if the communication has taken place only with one student. We prove the pedagogical potential of the Internet. It is shown that the result of communication between the teacher and the students in the Internet leads to the teacher’s possibility to give clear and precise explanation of the most important issues, perhaps lost in the classroom. It is shown that as a result of studying students’ pages in social networks, there is an opportunity to learn more about the students themselves, the level of their overall development and interests. As a result, the teacher is able to use the knowledge gained in the process of student learning. The question about the ethics of communication of teachers and students in the Internet has been discussed. It is shown that the compliance with the ethics of communication is one of the main conditions for the formation of an alliance between teachers and students. The author underlines that violation of communication ethics can destroy the trust between them is.
