DISCLOSURE OF CONTENT LINES OF “PRESENTATION OF INFORMATION” AND “INFORMATION PROCESSES” AT THE LEVEL OF PRIMARY EDUCATION

The article develops the authors early ideas. The basis of the idea - educational standard, or rather, computer science in the structure of the educational standard for primary school. Before giving an opinion, author cites the work of leading scientists in the field of computer science. Among the specialists on which the author refers - T.B. Zakharova, A.G. Gein, L.L. Bosova, N.V. Matveeva, S.A. Beshenkov. Their ideas, expressed in the period from 1996 to 2015, the author compares with the practical experience of teachers. For example I.A. Kulikova and her experience in teaching computer science in elementary school in 2004. The author devotes time to change, which were introduced into the methodology of teaching computer science in primary school. Describes the relationship between these changes and the content of the new standard of primary education is defined. Research skills and communication skills - as the results of mastering the primary school program are called the author especially important for the course of computer science. Author’s opinion - the universal skills of research and communication can be created most effectively at computer science lessons. In connection with this opinion author says that today in the informatics courses for primary school there is not enough time to work on these skills. To change the situation, author propose make a changes in the methodological approaches of teaching computer science in elementary school. In the article it is proposed to concentrate the training of kids on “receiving” and “transferring” information. The author treats the “processing” of information as an “application” to the process of “receiving” and “transferring”. According to the author, “processing” of information is not independent phenomenon. We process information - to better understand it. Or for people who want to tell her. Methodical proposals the author developed in the direction of “receiving” and “transferring” information. Аuthor not only proposes to make changes in the course of elementary computer science. He had published such ideas before. In this article, the author develops his ideas and author offers a system of subject skills that can be put in the foundation of the computer science education program in primary school. This system of skills corresponds to the ideas of the educational standard of primary education. It focuses on the development of research skills and communication skills. It is also important that each of the proposed skills can be checked. At the end of his work author points out that his ideas are already used in textbooks for primary school, the “Informatics for All” series and deserve positive reviews from teachers. author confirms his statements by reference to the publication of the teacher A.V.
