Methods and organization of work of the teacher in the automated learning system

One of the most effective ways to improve the level of theoretical training is the introduction of electronic forms of learning and control. To implement electronic forms of education Universities, taking into account the peculiarities of the educational process, independently develop and implement computer programs or use programs created by specialized developers. The review showed that computer programs developed in Universities, commercial programs, as well as programs that are freely available, for example, “Adit Testdesk”, “iSpring QuizMaker”, “Test & Editor”, “easyQuizzy test Designer” INDIGO test System “do not take into account the peculiarities of the educational process of the EMERCOM of Russia system or have an insufficient set of functions for the organization and conduct of training and control of theoretical training of cadets. To implement the requirements of the FSES of the major 20.05.01 - fire safety in the firefighting and rescue Academy Ivanovo state fire service of EMERCOM of Russia has developed its own multi-level automated system for training, control and analysis of the level of professional knowledge (hereinafter - the program FireTest), which was given the certificate of state registration of computer programs № 2017613078 from March 10, 2017. The necessity of creation of the program FireTest with the function of permanent access to educational resources via the Internet was caused by objective circumstances related to the separation of cadets from learning process due to their involvement in the service in the internal outfits and performance of tasks on liquidation of consequences of emergency situations of natural and technogenic character in the composition of the airmobile groups. Registered in the program FireTest cadets can carry out their independent theoretical training, regardless of time and location, using desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones with access to the Internet. The program FireTest is made in the typical fire protection design that generates interest of students to theoretical training and motivation to professional activities. The extensive functionality of the FireTest program allows the teacher to organize, monitor and analyze the educational work of the cadets, as well as to create control and measuring materials in accordance with established requirements. The developed program FireTest takes into account the peculiarities of the educational process of the Academy, has a wide range of functions and is of practical interest from the point of view of the methods of work of the teacher in the field of organization, control and analysis of the results of theoretical training of cadets. Access of teachers and cadets to the educational environment implemented in the form of FireTest program through telecommunication technologies significantly expands the capabilities and mobility of the educational process. A modern form of training, quality control and measuring materials, ergonomics and the design of the program FireTest is of interest and motivates the students to learn. The use of FireTest program in the educational process has increased the level of theoretical knowledge of cadets, showed its effectiveness and demand on the part of the teaching staff.
