Business-designing of the model of remote support of educational program of professional retraining «Management in education» as a tool of competitiveness of a pedagogical university
The technology of business design in the organization of professional retraining is considered on the example of the retraining program “Management in Education” in the conditions of a pedagogical university. A description of the individual trajectory of training for each listener at the following levels is presented: the level of the MA of the MBO, the level of the internship and the level of the Work Program. The remote support of educational process being offered in this paper is based on the principles of pedagogical mentoring, pedagogical consultation and pedagogical partnership. The professional retraining of the head of the educational organization is understood by us as receiving additional (new) competences (knowledge, skills) necessary to perform the functions of a new area of professional activity or to obtain additional qualifications; improvement of existing competencies, as well as professional and personal development of students taking into account their own professional interests and available professional deficiencies. The implementation of the services of additional professional and pedagogical education in the Moscow region occurs in the face of ever-increasing competition. In addition to pedagogical universities and institutions of the additional professional education (APE) system, there are a sufficient number of organizations and training centers that offer professional retraining services “for a minimum of money and in a short time.” It is possible to solve effectively the problem of professional retraining of heads of educational organizations (managers of education) in the conditions of building an individual trajectory of training for each listener at the following levels: the level of the MA, the level of the internship and at the level of the Work Program in conditions of distance support of the educational process. The LMS Moodle distance learning system allows us to evaluate the listeners’ responses in real time, to create a rating log in the form of a report, both for each listener and the whole group. Using the technology of business design in the organization of professional retraining on the example of the APE, we can talk about attracting certain financial resources, about maintaining the image of the T.I. Shamova Department of Management of Educational Systems, which on the whole allows us to talk about increasing the competitiveness of a pedagogical university.
