To the problem of internal cultural dynamics

In the paper it is shown that the problem of internal cultural dynamics within the bounds of relative modeling supposes clearing up the mechanism of development of historical and cultural types as separate and qualitatively original cultures. The internal cultural dynamics for the cultures with a harmonical paradigmal centre is an pendulum oscillation according to the scale of mental values: cultural and civilizational. Each pole - cultural and civilizational in mental nucleus is a bound in that aspect when the predominance goes over certain critical limit, coming and statement of the opposite mental dominants (cultural and civilizational) immediately begins. This swining between civilizational and cultural poles in their mutual self-affirmation and expansion provides comparatively boundless dynamics of culture as constant change of epochs at all times where civilizational or cultural values predominate. Moreover there is no strict changing i.e. obligatory changing of the epoch with dominate certain civilizational values by the epoch with dominate certain cultural values. Evolution of the West European culture is an illustration of such situation. Internal cultural dynamics is reconstructed as unavoidable collapse, death for the cultures with unharmonical paradigmal nucleus. Evolution of ancient culture, Roman culture is an example.
