The manuscript shall be prepared in MS-Word.
Figures, photos, illustrations and so forth shall be attached as separate files when submitting.
Graphics are published in black-and-white only. Full colour graphics are not available.
The following sections are required in your electronic manuscript file (each with a new line):
UDC Number
Author's Last Name and First Name
Title of the Paper
Abstract (no more than 50 words, in italics, separated from the text body by a line space)
Keywords for indexing (3 to 5)
Font: Times New Roman
Size: 12
Line Spacing: 1.5
Margins: top – 1.5 cm, bottom – 1.5 cm, left – 1.5 cm, and right – 1.5 cm
Paragraph Indents: 0.5cm
Pages are to be numbered consecutively at the bottom centre.
The max. volume of the Paper shall not exceed 20,000 characters without spaces.
If other fonts are used in the manuscript, please, attach the samples when submitting.
Citations are to be embedded in brackets after the quote with the use of the reference number, volume and page, e.g. [1. Vol.2. P. 25].
The Reference List is to be placed at the end of the Paper. It is to be arranged and numbered in the order of citation in the text, not in the alphabetical order. One number is to refer to only one source of citation.General requirements and rules for the design of bibliographic data (in accordance with GOST) can be found on the TSU library website: http://www.lib.tsu.ru/win/produkzija/metodichka/8.html
Pay special attention to the points on the design of periodicals and electronic resources (8.2.2. And 8.2.11)
Notes are to be given in the form of page-to-page footnotes.
Authors are to attach 5 files:
1. The full text of the manuscript.
2. Information about the Author.
Please, fill in the Author Information Form author-information-form.doc.
3. Consent-to-Publish Form.
4. An abstract (2500-3000 characters), author information and key words in English.
5. File for double-blind review
Authors each are to give their written consent on processing, editing, publication, and quoting of their papers.

Please, label the attached files by your last name and a corresponding number (e.g. Ross1.doc, Ross2.doc, Ross3.doc).
