Theory of speech acts and the source of institutional fact
The article considers of the theory of speech acts in the frame of the analytical philosophical tradition. The investigation of the speech acts theory seems very actual in the context of «linguistic turn» in the philosophy of XX century. It's the most famous concepts can be used in the philosophy of law and have an important meaning in issues of ontological foundations of society, relations between language and consciousness. It is considered the evolution of the theory of speech acts from initial concept of "performative utterance" to the attempt of the creation of social ontology in the concept of "constitutive rule" and "institutional fact".
