Principles of Political Innovation typology resources

This article discusses the principles of typological diversity resource equipping political innovations. Typology in the sociological study is an independent measurement and control part of the scientific work. Political innovations are defined as relatively stable in time and ordered set of relevant methods and means of social and political interaction and feedback. In the mechanism of development of innovations, in addition to the resource component includes structural rules and norms of social and political engagement, social space, social expectations and risks, methods and techniques of developing innovations, etc. The article proposes typological principles of resource equipment innovations. The principle of reasonable sufficiency (enough variety). The principle of variance forecasting demand uncertainty and high social costs of resource costs. The principle of diversification is the need to diversify the social resources, particularly human resources are used, the possibility of groups and organizations. Accumulate resources to achieve the main (leading) objectives, the remaining reserves is advisable to distribute between secondary, workloads. Resource security. Oversupply of certain social resources can be a problem for the development of innovations, leading to social tensions; Principle of resource availability examines the capabilities and limitations of the resources themselves and the course of action of the parties implementing resources for political innovations. Principle of resource concentration, considers that the resources and reserves ordered funds intended for specific tasks and process steps. Resource complementarity principle takes into account not individual properties of certain resources, and combine them based on a set of goals and objectives of the innovation project. The principle of optimal social domination of resources means that this state must comply with the political innovations used features, they are proportionate and adequate amount of innovation. The principle of compliance measures massivization social resources. Typological diversity in the approach to the resources of political innovations emphasizes a composite structure themselves innovations and options for resource support.
