Rhetorical stratagems and reality designing

The researchers accept that the surge of interest to rhetoric is the characteristic feature of XXI century. That attention to the formation of speech skills is related with an acute change of communicating and language situation in society. It is very important for a modern human to give voice to his thoughts, to defend his position in the dispute, not to be baited and to know how to resist baits, to keep up the rules of speech. The result of underestimation of oratory is regular: the lack of speech culture can affect perniciously on the career and even on the whole life. This work is also important because in the modern society the combat for power, for money and for the souls is sharpened to the limit. Multiple swindlers are trying to manipulate us using the rhetorical diversions (it's enough to watch news on TV once to realize that). To resist this, to remain a wise, thinking person, it is necessary to comprehend the rules of the dispute, to exercise in this hard art and to explore multiple rhetorical stratagems. That's why the main issue in the article is the detection of main rules of rhetorical expression, philosophical and psychological basis of the speech influence in different situations. The languages gives us some freedom, but it turns back as a desire to make stronger that desire, that "logos", which probably does not even match the truth, but it is at the moment due to some reasons the most preferable for the speaker. The reality, which has been rhetorically changed once, can be transformed again and again, following us to the imaginary. And though the ideal reality is out of the question, it is worth to think about the opposition to the chaotic straying in the labyrinth of the incomprehension. The article is dedicated to the study of modern rhetoric. It allows not only to effect man by convincing him but also becomes to a method of forming and existence of identity as a complex of ideas, by means of which a subject certifies itself. The absence in native philosophy and rhetoric researches of adequate concept set have impelled author to develop and comprehend the new categories. They contain such categories as rhetorical stratagems, rhetorical diversion, rhetorical gambit. The introduction of these concepts into the scientific turn is a first try to attempt to make clear the mechanisms of constructing and transformation of reality by means of rhetoric.
