Modeling of political future in parties' programs

Today the scientific interest for political parties' programs is included into the subject-matter of actual problems of political science due to the fact that modern political parties are a relatively new phenomenon. Programs, doctrines and ideologies that are textually and conceptually designed, require relevant researches. However, although the interest for the problems of political texts is apparent, the party programs themselves with their structure, association with ideologies, doctrines, and parties still remain on the periphery of political studies. Similarly, the researchers of political parties, ideologies, and electoral process pay attention essentially to the problems of current situation: political statements during electoral campaign, actual conclusions etc. Therefore, the relevance of the present study is in the fact that within its framework a fragment of the semi-otic political world picture is shown. This picture is reflected in the presented political parties' programs. Also, the relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the problems of political language and political conceptology are an integral part of political studies in Russia and abroad. For the contemporary political studies the most important concepts are those that reflect the essential elements of political consciousness of the nation. Their complex presents the political sphere of concepts of a particular nation. Contemporary researchers of political concepts evolve a number of basic political concepts which are notable for the political discourse: "politics", "power", "people", "state", "justice", etc. The examined in this research concept of the future is basic not only for political discourse, but for person and society in general, in fact, the sense of the future is implanted in the human nature. And finally, a comparative study of the model of the future expression on the material of ruling parties of Russia and a variety of foreign countries (the United States, Great Britain, France, and Italy) is extremely relevant in the current period of global economic crisis. Such a research provides the basis for the optimal model of the future determination that can become a universal one for the electorate of different countries. Thus, the author examines party's program as a part of political communication system and characterizes the model of the future. On the basis of comparative study the author determines common and specific features of the model of the future expression. He divides into groups the considered political parties' programs.
